Whisk is the only B2C branded tool of its kind. Whisk works on any published recipe content and is a brand that users get to know – they recognise the functionality on different sites they visit. Look at it like a Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest button. Your users will be able to visit different recipe sites (in the same way they already do) and add recipes from different sites to the same shopping list.
What Whisk means for your users
Your users can click on the Whisk widget to add the ingredients they need to cook your recipe to the Whisk shopping list, containing the right ingredients in the right quantities. The user can remove items they may have, and have alternative options for product and brands to choose from, based on personal preference or cost. Using advanced algorithms, Whisk can scale the recipe to serve as many people as the user wishes. When the Whisk shopping list is complete users can transfer the shopping list to the supermarket of their choice – and simply check it out. Cooking your recipes is much easier with Whisk.
Have your recipes included in Whisk
As well as adding Whisk functionality to your site, Whisk will include your recipes in the app and in recommendations to users. This means that when Whisk looks to recommend a recipe for a user to cook with leftovers, or a user searches for a recipe in our app, your recipes will appear as results.
Earn a revenue share
A percentage of the revenue Whisk generates from your recipes will be shared back with you. Revenue is generated when a recipe is purchased or when a brand places a product into a Whisk basket.
